This is not a promise of quality, everyone makes that one. These are three working habits, and you can check them from the quotation onwards.
Price it, coordinate it, report on it
What we do differently
We price item by item before opening the site. A Cesare BTP quotation carries quantities and unit prices, not a single lump sum: you can compare every line with another contractor, and you see immediately what a competitor forgot to count.
We coordinate the trades ourselves. Masonry, joinery, electrical, plumbing and finishing all answer to one site manager. That is what avoids the weeks lost waiting for one trade to clear the way for the next, and it is what costs you most when nobody does it.
We keep communication flowing and follow the work closely. A site you cannot see is a site you imagine, and what you imagine is always worse or better than the truth. This habit came from our clients living abroad; everyone benefits from it.
